​The SIHRA offers employees, spouses, and/or dependents who have access to alternate group medical and prescription drug benefits (usually through a spouse’s or dependent’s employer) 100% coverage for services that are included in that alternate plan.

 

You will be reimbursed for ALL in-network eligible co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles incurred through your alternate medical plan up to the maximum out of pocket limits under the Affordable Care Act ($10,600 single and $21,200 family per calendar year). In addition, the SIHRA will reimburse the differential between what you pay in premium for the alternate coverage over what you pay in premium under the Laitram medical plan (subject to monthly maximum limits).

Please note that spouses who have access to alternate group medical coverage are not eligible to enroll in or remain on Laitram’s health plan.
